What is available
The "hotel clinic" at the Kaiser-Karl-Klinik in Bonn allows you to recover in an environment appropriate to your level of illness, without your having to worry about your health, and without putting too much on family or friends. We offer you high standard, hotel-style, accommodation together with 24 hour care by qualified staff.
Our "hotel clinic" combines the advantage of care by specialist staff with "5 star" accommodation and full board. The level of access to a doctor is organised individually according to your wishes and your level of need: you decide whether the doctors who cared for you e. g. your surgeon, GP/specialist should be called, or whether the orthopaedic consultants and/or doctors of general medicine at the Kaiser-Karl-Klinik should take on your after-care. This is why medical care by doctors is not part of the "hotel clinic" package, but a totally personal and optimal extension. This way the doctors' fees are covered by your medical health insurance or private insurance (within the bounds of the insurance conditions - we can give you advice).

Admission Diagnosis

Orthopaedic/medical shop
The medical shop RAHM is at your disposal on the 3rd floor of the Kaiser-Karl-Klinik. The opening times can be found on the door of the orthopaedic shop.
Kiosk
Our kiosk on the ground floor of the Kaiser-Karl-Klinik has a wide assortment of articles: newspapers, magazines, postcards, stationery, toiletries, ice-cream, cold drinks, juices, cigarettes etc. In addition, there is a dry-cleaning service here.
For patients who are unable to leave their rooms, we also offer a room service on telephone no. 425 (internal). The opening times can be found at the kiosk. You can get Sunday newspapers at reception.
Hairdresser
Our "Salon Henseler" will be pleased to help you. It is recommended that you book an appointment.

Chiropodist
You can organise a chiropody appointment in the clinic. Please come to the nurses station on ward 2 or telephone 200 (internal).
